Stephanie A. Wolfson works in all areas of the firm's practice with her practice focusing on health care law. Ms. Wolfon received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Wolfson received a Health Law Certificate from DePaul's Health Law Institute, was an authorities editor for the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law, and was co-chair of the Health Law Institute's Student Board of Directors. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, Philosophy, and Social Studies of Science and Medicine with a focus on History of Medicine and Biomedical Ethics from the University of Chicago.

Practice Highlights

Before coming to Goldberg Law Group, Ms. Wolfson worked for the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.  Most recently, she was an attorney with the Office of the General Counsel during which time she was integral in the drafting of the new Illinois Cemetery Oversight Act.  During her first year at the Department, she held her Illinois Supreme Court Rule 711 Senior Law Student license followed by her Law Graduate license, which allowed her to represent the Department in matters, from informal conferences to formal hearings, regarding the licenses of healthcare practitioners.
