Goldberg Law Group successfully represented one of its doctor clients who was alleged to have inappropriately touched a patient. The Department wanted to suspend the doctor for years and instead the doctor chose to have a hearing to force the Department to prove the allegations. The patient testified about what she believed happened, but the Administrative Law Judge and the Medical Disciplinary Board sided with the doctor. The lead attorney on the case was Mike Goldberg.
