
Overview
Joshua Klein received his Juris Doctorate in 2022 from the DePaul University College of Law. He received his Bachelor of Music in Saxophone Performance from Winona State University in 2015 and continues to play saxophone, clarinet, and flute.
Mr. Klein has immersed himself in the confluence of law and medicine beginning with his time as a Legal Scholar with the American Medical Association’s Counsel on Ethical and Judicial Affairs where he helped develop their 2022 edition of the Code of Medical Ethics. His work has been published in the AMA Journal of Ethics, and he has appeared on the “Ethics Talk Podcast,” both in addressing concerns around federal regulation and public health.
With Goldberg Law Group, Mr. Klein represents physicians and other licensed health care providers in professional licensing matters, health care transactions, and medical staff matters. He also is actively engaged in the firm’s cannabis law and family law practices.
