Overview
Melissa M. Cuddington focuses her practice on representing healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, in disputes with hospitals and medical facilities over credentialing, medical staff discipline, and licensure issues. Further, Ms. Cuddington works with medical residents in a wide range of internal disputes that can arise during residency training, including conflicts with program directors and defending allegations of unprofessional conduct. Her experience also extends to handling grievances involving program policies, disciplinary actions, and potential dismissal from residency programs. Ms. Cuddington also represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Goldberg Law Group, LLC as an attorney, Ms. Cuddington served as a law clerk at the firm.
